I have been working in photography and video for more than 25 years and completed over 10,000 assignments.

I work across the UK, including London, I predominantly shoot for businesses in Leeds, around Yorkshire, and the north of England, where I live with my wife and three children.

I cover all business sectors and have extensive experience in corporate, food, industrial, construction, events, and hospitality.

My career actually began prior to the advent of digital photography, before the days of checking your images on camera screens and hiding mistakes in Photoshop.

I started as a darkroom printer in the photography department at Ackrill Newspapers in Harrogate. As a keen teenager, I would borrow spare camera gear and tag along with one of the photographers on shoots during my lunch break and days off to learn the trade as a press photographer. I was soon recruited as a trainee press photographer, I quickly added more experience, then became a senior press photographer when I gained my NCTJ (National Council for the Training of Journalists) qualification for Photojournalists. Shortly after I was headhunted for a staff photographer position at Yorkshire Post Newspapers in Leeds. There, I worked for over 10 years, shooting anything and everyone in the news.

Faced with a dilemma to quit press photography and a perfect job, the challenge to go solo as a freelance photographer beckoned. With an interest in photographing business and industry, I wanted to be around this. From then to now, that has certainly happened, as I have shot almost every type of industry and business.

For my clients, my main focus is to produce outstanding photography and videos efficiently. I achieve this through my extensive experience and expertise. My passion for photography brings joy and energy, and I take pride in seeing happy clients confidently publishing my work
